One of the exciting benefits surrounding the use of fresh, clean, natural Lemongrass Spa products is that many of the items can be used for more than one purpose. Why is that exciting? Because it means we can de-clutter our personal spaces and save money! Here are 3 of my favorite multi-purpose products:
Unless you have a baby in the house, it's easy to overlook this humble balm. It was originally formulated to address diaper rash, but loyal fans of this product will quickly tell you, it can be used for so much more. The calming lavendar essential oil and the soothing blend of calendula, chamomile, and zinc oxide make it the go-to for a variety of skin irritations. From moms to marathon runners, this amazing concoction can be found in bathroom cabinets, gym bags, purses, beach bags, and of course, diaper bags. With 25 different uses, it's no surprise that it's the #1 Best Seller in the Lemongrass Spa's Top 20 Products for six years running! In the Fanella home, it's used as our favorite "boo-boo" balm and as a men's shaving treatment.
Organic Skin and Nail Balm
For those looking for a scent-free option to the lavendar vanilla scent found in the Healing Elements, the Organic Skin and Nail Balm is just the ticket. When you're suffering with dry cuticles, it's a sure thing, but it can also become your favorite for calming flyaway hair and soothing chapped lips. This all-natural, deep treatment is completely free from nut oils, chemicals, soy, and gluten providing peace of mind. It's handcrafted with olive oil, apricot kernel oil, avocado and horsetail oil. Afer washing my daughter's curly hair, I use a small amount on the ends for managability and definition. The guys in our household like it as a lip balm because it's free of fragrance and color.
Hydrating Body Spritz
Referred to as "Lovely Liquid Lotion", this gem has just 5 ingredients and as many uses! It's combination of aloe and grapeseed oil quenches dry skin without grease or aggrevation to oily skin. During the hot summer months, store it in a refrigerator or in an on-the-go cooler to experience a refreshing, cooling spritz when you need it. Works great as a hair de-tangler for both our little dolls and the baby dolls they carry around. It's a leave-in conditioner that doesn't weigh down your hair. Wear it as perfume. Freshen up a stuffy room or closet. Take the fast food smell out of your car with just a spritz or two. Good luck trying to pick just one favorite scent! During the winter, I keep a bottle in a drawer by the front door to tame my flyaways when taking my wool coat on and off.
Overcoming the belief that a product can only have one use is tough. It takes time, but training ourselves to reach for and use muli-purpose products can be very satisfying. By doing so much, these items keep us from spending money and filling our spaces with barely used products.
While these are my top 3, there are other multi-purpose products in the Lemongrass Spa line. Imagine spending a fun-filled time with your friends and experiencing these products together.
