FACEBOOK Prospecting/Recruiting #1 – DON’T SPEND TOO MUCH TIME HAVING SMALL TALK.
The reason for this is… Yes we want to build relationships and the like, know, and trust factor however you don’t want them to feel like you are not being genuine. "That is a red flag" if they feel like you are hiding something.
Get to the point- Send them a quick personal and friendly message and then on the second message let them know why you’re reaching out to them.
Hey ______ I am looking to grow my business and I am reaching out to you to share some information with you without any obligation.
FACEBOOK Prospecting/Recruiting #2 – BRAND YOURSELF NOT YOUR COMPANY
Here is what happens: When you mention the name of your company they then want to go research it, or put up a wall because they knew some one who use to sell it, or they think it’s to expensive, or they may feel like they can’t be successful because there are to many other consultants selling that product.
