Happy Hour is a necessity on Fridays, or workdays, or any day that ends in Y. LOL. I love trying new cocktails, but who doesn't love a classic margarita? This delicious recipe is a twist on a classic margarita, as we have added some Blackberry Chipotle Sauce from The Cocoa Exchange.

1. Make a simple syrup.
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup sugar, 3 cups water, and 1 sliced lime to a boil.
Add 6-7 Tbs of TCE Blackberry Chipotle Sauce and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat.
Strain into a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Mix 4 oz lemon-lime soda, 2 oz Tequila, 4 oz Margarita Mix, and 2 oz Simple Syrup
Rim glass with sugar, if desired.
Pour over ice and serve with a lime wedge.
