Pumpkin Spice Everything

A you obsessed with everything PUMPKIN SPICE??  Then this is the article for you!!

Fall time means cooler weather,  leaves turning, and Pumpkin Spice flavors everywhere!  Tis the season for Pumpkin Spice and latte lovers everywhere rejoyce!  

The Cocoa Exchange makes it easy to bring Pumpkin Spice into your everyday meals with just a few simple products.  Mostly, these recipes center around one product: the Dove Signature Spiced Chai Tea.  This mix brings the spices you love in a versatile powder that's perfect for all your Autumn dishes.  Simply add a few tablespoons to your favorite cookie, cake, or drink recipe to bring the Fall Spices to life!  



Here are a few of my favorite Pumpkin Spice recipes that use this simple product!  You can make all these recipes and more with just one resealable pouch of Dove Signature Spiced Chai Tea Mix.  


Pumpkin Spice Martini

1/2 cup Coconut Milk (or 2% milk)

3/4 tsp Coconut Sugar (or white sugar)

1/4 cup Dove Signature Spiced Chai Tea Mix

1/8 tsp Turmeric


Simmer milk over medium-low heat.  

Add Chai Tea mix and turmeric.

Add sugar to taste. 


You are going to absolutely LOVE this Pumpkin Spice Dip!!  I've served this at so many parties, and it always recieves rave reviews!!



Pumpkin Spice Dip

4oz Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup Canned Pumpkin

1 cup Powdered Sugar

1 1/2 TBS Dove Signature Spiced Chai Tea Mix

1 cup Whipped Topping


Beat the cream cheese and Chai Tea Mix until smooth.  

Mix in the pumpkin and sugar until smooth.

Fold in whipped topping. 

Refrigerate an hour before serving.

Optional: Top with Pure Dark Cinnamon Cocoa Nibs

Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, or ginger snaps. Enjoy!


Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Try adding 1/2 cup of Pumpkin and 3 Tbs Spiced Chai Tea mix to your favorite sugar cookie recipe!

(you may need to reduce the oil or egg  in the recipe, if cookie mix is too wet)



Pumpkin Spice Pull Apart Bread 

1/2 can 

1 can Grand Biscuits

2 TBS Dove Signature Chai Tea Mix

1 TBS Brown Sugar

3 oz Cream Cheese, softened

optional: TCE Buttercream Frosting Mix and Milk

optional:  TCE Cocoa Nibs


Mix together pumpkin, Chai Tea mix, brown sugar, and cream cheese.  

Use 8 count biscuits cut in half and flattened. Spread pumpkin mixture of each half and top with Cocoa Nibs.

Layer, edge up, in a loaf pan and bake 350 degrees until golden brown or 45 minutes.  Let cool for 10 mins.

Make glaze with 1 1/2 cups TCE Buttercream Frosting Mix, adding milk to desired thickness.  

Drizzle glaze over bread.  Enjoy!


Pumpkin Spice Cake Roll         

3 eggs

2 cups Dove Signature White Chocolate Baking Mix

2/3 cup Pumpkin

3 TBS Dove Signature Spiced Chai Tea Mix

Filling:  4 oz Cream Cheese, softened

1 tsp Vanilla

1 3/4 cup Dove Signature Buttercream Frosting Mix

8 oz Heavy Cream


Heat oven to 375*F.  Line 10x15 inch pan with parterage paper

In a medium bowl, beat eggs on high until very thick and lemon colored.  Beat in pumpkin until well mixed.  Slowly mix in cake mix and chai tea mix on low until mixed.  Pour into pan, spreading to corners.

Bake 10-14 mins.  Immediately loosen cake from pan edges and turn upside down onto towel coated with frosting mix.  While hot, carefully roll cake and towel from narrow end. Cool for at least 1 hour. 

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and frosting on high until smooth.  Mix in vanilla.  Gradually add whipping cream and beat until stiff.  

Unroll cake and remove towel.  Spread filling evenly on cake.  Slowly roll up cake.

Dust with frosting mix. Enjoy!


Spiced Cupcakes with Almond Frosting


2 cups Dove Signature White Chocolate Baking Mix

3 Tbs Dove Signature Spiced Chai Tea Mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

1/3 cup Milk


frosting:  1 3/4 cup Dove Signature Buttercream Frosting Mix

3 Tbs Heavy Cream

1 stick of Butter, softened

2 tsp Almond Extract


Preheat oven to 350* F

Drop liners into cupcake pan.  

In a large mixing bowl, combine baking mix, chai tea mix, eggs, oil, and milk.  Mix on low until fully combined.  Fill each liner 1/2 full of batter.  Bake 13-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.  

Allow to cool completely before frosting.

In a medium bowl, beat softened butter until light and creamy.  

Add Buttercream Frosting mix, beating for 2-3 minutes.  While mixing add almond extract and heavy cream and beat until smooth and creamy.

Ice cupcakes and Enjoy!
